- What is the first step I should take to place an order?
The first step is to contact us for a free design consultation. You can send us any existing sketches, 2D drawings, or simply describe your needs and goals via our online platform. Inform to us every component Length x Width x Height/Thickness
- What formats will I receive the final design and technical drawings in?
You will receive detailed technical drawings in PDF, JPG, PNG format.
We also can give you Source File but it can be more cost
- What are the main benefits of using your 3D design service?
Our 3D designs show you the product exactly before it is built. This greatly lowers mistakes in making the product, means you do not need expensive test models (prototypes), and helps your company save important time and money
- Is your company not a pallet company, but you need drawings for your custom pallets?
Yes, we can help. We work with many businesses that are not pallet companies. We give you the correct 3D drawings and technical plans, so you can easily make or buy your own special pallets.
- Do you serve clients outside of Indonesia ?
Yes. We operate as a fully online and digital service, based in Indonesia, allowing us to serve clients on a global scale in over 8 countries worldwide.
- How do I start the design process if I only have a sketch or 2D drawing ?
We offer services to transform your hand sketches, existing physical products, or older 2D drawings into precise, fully developed 3D technical designs.
- Is design consultation free?
Yes, you can consult your design for free with us. We are happy to discuss your specific requirements and industry standards before starting any paid work.
- What is your design capacity?
Drawing on our extensive experience, our current capacity allows us to generate between 500 to 1,000 pallet drawings monthly, ensuring we can handle projects of various scales.
- How long does a standard 3D pallet design project usually take?
The typical turnaround time for a standard, non-complex 3D pallet design is generally 1 to 3 business days after the final confirmation of payment and technical details.
- Do you offer an express or urgent service for faster delivery?
Yes, we can often do urgent delivery. This depends on how busy we are now. Please tell us right away if your project needs to be fast, so we can check if we can do it and tell you about any extra fees.
- What happens during the revision period, and how does it affect the timeline?
Changes (revisions) are part of the time plan. How long the changes take depends mostly on how fast the client gives us feedback. Quick and clear feedback helps us finish the work on time.
- What factors can affect the project completion time?
The time it takes depends on how complex the design is, if it needs special technical rules (like for export), and how many changes the client asks for. Projects with many custom things usually need more time
- How Revision Claim ?
You can get revision to change anything but not to change the base size, e.g : base size your pallet is 120×100 cm, you can’t revision to change in 120×150 cm. You must make new orders.
- How Warranty Claim ?
Warranty lost file, missing, & broken file. And length time of warranty can use for revision. E.g : you get 8 Revision you can claimmed until 30days of warranty. After 30 days You can not get revision again.
